ESKER FOUNDATION SCULPTURE INSTALLATION
Esker Foundation
On the morning of January 22nd in the community of Inglewood, just outside of downtown Calgary, our Wingenback Calgary crew organized and lifted an art piece into the 4th floor of contemporary art gallery Esker Foundation for its upcoming exhibition Oh, Canada: Contemporary Art from North North America opening on February 1st.
There was a team from Global Calgary and the Calgary Herald there to film the lift and interview crew members & spectators giving Wingenback an excellent opportunity for media coverage in our 40th year anniversary. It even gave employees the opportunity to give their thoughts on what the intention of the piece was – and as knowledgeable experts they were happy to comment.
To see if the crews comments on art ‘made the cut’ watch Calgary’s Global newsfeed at the below links.
